Regular shipping and handling fees are FREE on orders over CAN $150 (before taxes calculation) or if an item is shipped separately because it is backordered. Certain conditions apply to this policy.
This promotion applies only to the Province of Quebec and only to selected products.
Some additional shipping fees can be charged due to the weight and the volume of certain products. This policy concerns overseas orders as well as the ones placed from the Province of Quebec and Canada.
The products concerned with this clause will be specified on the Site and will easily identify this extra cost.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Administrative fees of CAN $ 20 will be charged to the Buyer by the Boutique l'Odacieuse in the event that a parcel would be returned by the shipper in further reference to an incorrect address. This amount will be charged to the Buyer to cover additional handling and shipping charges.
Billing name and address listed on the order must match the name and address in the registered account. To avoid any error of address during forwarding of the order, the delivery address of the Buyer must be well transmitted including number of apartment, P.O. box and so on...
The following handling fees and Post Office priority mail shipping fees will be charged at the rock bottom price of :
CAN $ 15.00 + CAN $ 2.50 for additional items for Quebec residents
CAN $ 20.00 + CAN $ 2.50 for additional items for all other Canadian destinations
CAN $ 30.00 + CAN $ 2.50 for additional items for US destinations.
Additional shipping fees could be charged to the Buyer according to certain destinations in Canada. The Buyer will be promptly informed by e-mail if the order applies to these extra shipping charges.
For other destinations (international), shipping and handling fees will be conditional to the choice of the conveyor and the weight/volume of the order. The Boutique l'Odacieuse is committed to deliver to the best possible shipping fees.
The Boutique l'Odacieuse uses the shipping service called Xpresspost™ of Canada Post for the deliveries within the Province of Quebec, Canada and the United States. It is a smart and cheap alternative for a fast delivery.
For overseas orders, shipping service will be chosen according to the best shipping fees offered by Canada Post or Federal Express.
Cost and delivery time vary according to the conveyor and depends on the destination.
The Boutique l'Odacieuse relinquishes all property rights to the Buyer at which time the products are handed to the shipping company. The delivery of the products is subject to the rules of the shipping company.
The delivery of the products is subject to the rules of the shipping company as well as the rules concerning the signing of a received receipt for the products. If the Buyer is absent at the time of delivery, the Buyer will be responsible to track and recuperate the products according to the rules and procedures of the shipping company and make the necessary reserves if necessary.
The order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged, once the package reaches the country of destination. The Boutique l'Odacieuse does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what the particular charges may be. If the Buyer does incur these additional charges, he might be presented with an invoice, which the Buyer is responsible for.
