The Boutique l'Odacieuse offers only products of high quality, recognized worldwide for both their notoriety and their quality. All the products sent to the Buyer are inspected visually before being sent.
For this reason and also due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of lingerie products, the Boutique l'Odacieuse cannot accept returns and exchanges. All the products bought in the Internet are considered as a final sale and are non-refundable.
However, the policy of the Boutique l'Odacieuse is to offer a satisfaction-guaranteed virtual shopping experience. If the Buyer is sometimes not completely satisfied with an item due to sizing problems he may return it for an exchange or a credit note if it is eligible.
If it happens that a product is different from the initial order, except for the differences in color between the image on the Internet and the real product (error of the Boutique l'Odacieuse only), a new item will be sent to the Buyer without additional charges.
Please check the NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS POLICY below to determine whether the return is eligible for an exchange or not.
If the Buyer wishes to return an item, he must send an e-mail to info@boutiquelodacieuse.com to explain the reasons of the return and to obtain instructions for the return.
In the case of an unauthorized return, the parcel will be automatically refused and sent back to the Buyer, at his/her expense.
NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain products, the Boutique l'Odacieuse regrets that it is not possible to accept returns on a worn product, a damaged or stained merchandise and also on panties, babydolls, bodysuits, body lingerie, hosiery, men's briefs, bikinis, thongs, strings, boxer and boxer shorts... according to State Health regulations.
The products bought during clearance sales and promotional campaigns cannot be exchanged and are non-returnable. The purchase of these products is final sale.
If all the above mentioned items are returned they will be sent back at the Buyer's expense.
Once the returned items will be received and will comply with our Return Policy, the merchandises will be promptly exchanged.

no later than 15 working days after the order is received by the Buyer.
All returned items must be placed in their original package conditions, including all tags as well as a copy of the original invoice to process the exchange.
All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be un-worn before they can be accepted for an exchange.
Packages must be properly shipped freight-prepaid. Insurance for risks of losses and damages are assumed by the Buyer as well as international taxes and duties.
The Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs when affecting a return except if a wrong item has been delivered to the Buyer.
For an exchange please allow 15 working days, from date of return. The Buyer will receive an e-mail with all the necessary instructions.
However, inventory cannot be guaranteed to be available at the time of the exchange.
The Boutique l'Odacieuse reserves the right to substitute a similar style or issue a credit note in place of an exchange.
Exchanges will be subject to a re-shipment charges to cover postage and handling costs. All the shipping and handling fees are paid by the Buyer.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable at any time.
