Placing an order

Orders are treated by date of arrival. A minimum purchase of CAN $ 20 is necessary to process orders.

In order to process an order, you must register yourself as a client to www.boutiquelodacieuse.com and create an Account. Fill out the form and submit. Your account is now created and you are ready to enter and process orders.

When you have successfully placed your order, you'll be presented with an order summary page containing your order number. You will also be sent an email to confirm your order. You must ALWAYS wait to receive a confirmation of order, even after having received your order by e-mail.

The order is taken into account only after reception of the complete payment. The products remain the property of the Boutique l'Odacieuse until the complete payment of the price.

The Boutique l'Odacieuse reserves the right, with its discretion, to limit quantities, to refuse orders, to close accounts or to cancel orders.

For overseas order and/or if the shipping address is different from the billing address, the Boutique l'Odacieuse reserves the right to request personal identification from the Buyer in order to verify the authenticity of the order.

Personal Identification should be requested including Passport, Driver's License, Scanned Image or Fax of Credit Card, and/or Photo Identification. Specifics will be detailed in an email which will be sent to the customer.

In case of suspicious order, the Boutique l'Odacieuse reserves the right to deny orders that may seem to be fraudulent.

Administrative fees of CAN $ 20 will be charged to the Buyer by the Boutique l'Odacieuse in the event that a parcel would be returned by the shipper in further reference to an incorrect address. This amount will be charged to the Buyer to cover additional handling and shipping charges.

Billing name and address listed on the order must match the name and address in the registered account. To avoid any error of address during forwarding of the order, the delivery address of the Buyer must be well transmitted including number of apartment, P.O. box and so on...

Some items can require a special order or not to be available temporarily. The Boutique l'Odacieuse reserves the right to amend the availability of a product without any notice.

The Buyer will be informed by e-mail on receipt of order. He will have 48 hours then, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays, to ask for the cancellation or the exchange of his purchase by simply contacting our Customer Care by e-mail at info@boutiquelodacieuse.com.

Passed this 48 hours deadline, except Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays, and if no answer were received on behalf of the Buyer, the order will be sent with the items available, and the balance will be shipped later on.

In case of a cancellation of order, the Buyer will be immediately refunded.
