All the prices presented throughout the on-line site of the Boutique l'Odacieuse are in Canadian dollars (CAN $) and do not include the applicable sales taxes.

The minimum amount to place an order is CAN $ 20.

When you have successfully placed your order, you'll be presented with an order summary page containing your order number. You will also be sent an email to confirm your order even after having received your order by e-mail.

The Buyer will be informed by e-mail on receipt of order. He will have 48 hours then, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays, to ask for the cancellation or the exchange of his purchase by simply contacting our Customer Care by e-mail at info@boutiquelodacieuse.com.

Passed this 48 hours deadline, except Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays, and if no answer were received on behalf of the Buyer, the order will be sent with the items available, and the balance will be shipped later on.

In case of a cancellation of order, the Buyer will be immediately refunded.

The boutique Les Dessous Chics accepts payments made with VISA and MASTERCARD.

Payments made by PAYPAL are also accepted.

Shipping costs depend on destination address and the shipping method selection. Most of our shipments are sent by Canada Post and sometimes by Federal Express if fees are less expensive.

Orders are processed and shipped daily, Monday to Friday, from our boutique in Sherbrooke, Province of Quebec (Canada) to the address indicated by the Buyer.

The Boutique l'Odacieuse offers only products of high quality, recognized worldwide for both their notoriety and their quality.

For this reason and also due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of lingerie products, the Boutique l'Odacieuse cannot accept returns and exchanges.
All the products bought in the Internet are considered as a final sale and are non-refundable.

However, the policy of the Boutique l'Odacieuse is to offer a satisfaction-guaranteed virtual shopping experience. If the Buyer is sometimes not completely satisfied with an item due to sizing problems he may return it for an exchange or a credit note if it is eligible.

If it happens that a product is different from the initial order, except for the differences in color between the image on the Internet and the real product (error of the Boutique l'Odacieuse only), a new item will be sent to the Buyer without additional charges.

Please check the NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS POLICY below to determine whether the return is eligible for an exchange or not.

Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain products, the Boutique l'Odacieuse regrets that it is not possible to accept returns on a worn product, a damaged or stained merchandise and also on panties, babydolls, bodysuits, body lingerie, hosiery, men's briefs, bikinis, thongs, strings, boxer and boxer shorts... according to State Health regulations.

The products bought during clearance sales and promotional campaigns cannot be exchanged and are non-returnable. The purchase of these products is final sale.

If all the above mentioned items are returned they will be sent back at the Buyer's expense.
