All products listed in our on-line boutique are available for immediate delivery. Orders are processed and shipped daily, Monday to Friday, from our boutique in Sherbrooke, Province of Quebec (Canada) to the address indicated by the Buyer.

Orders are normally received within 2 to 15 days from the date of delivery but it can be longer for the destinations outside North America.
The Boutique l'Odacieuse may, however, be temporarily out of stock in some sizes and/or colors. Every effort is made to deliver out of stock products within 3 to 4 weeks.
In the event your fine lingerie cannot be delivered within 4 weeks, the Boutique l'Odacieuse will provide you with a 10% discount towards your next Boutique l'Odacieuse purchase.
The products are delivered to the address of delivery indicated by the Buyer during the ordering process. The Boutique l'Odacieuse reserves however the possibility of splitting the deliveries. Shipping and handling fees will be invoiced only for one delivery.

To ensure privacy, all orders are shipped in plain and opaque hermetically closed brown boxes with no external markings that would identify the contents of the package whatsoever.
